Vinci Lighting – 5-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to: All Vinci Lighting LED and non-LED products

1. Warranty Coverage

Vinci Lighting warrants that all products (both LED and non-LED) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

· All LED luminaires, and integrated LED fixtures
· All non-LED products, including but not limited to incandescent, fluorescent, halogen, and HID fixtures
· Drivers, power supplies, and internal electrical components
· Fabric Shades,Housings, lenses, reflectors, and mechanical parts (excluding normal wear)

3. What Is Not Covered

· Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
· Damage from power surges, lightning, or incorrect electrical supply
· Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or fading of finishes
· Products not installed by a qualified electrician where required
· Third-party components not manufactured by Vinci Lighting
· Labor costs for removal or reinstallation

4. Remedy Under Warranty

If a covered defect occurs within the 5-year period, Vinci Lighting will, at its sole discretion:

· Repair the product.
· Replace it, or
· with an equivalent or similar model (excluding installation)

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number)
3. Submit clear photos or a video showing the defect
4. Include product model number and date code (if available)

You may be required to return the defective product for inspection.

6. Limitations

This warranty is the exclusive remedy available. Vinci Lighting is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (e.g., loss of use, labor costs, or energy expenses). Some provinces /states or jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

7. Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and first non-dealer purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent owners unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. No Other Warranties

Except as stated herein, all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
